Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Argentine President Javier Milei announced the launch of the ‘Isaac Accords.’

The Isaac Accords constitute a strategic framework aimed at strengthening cooperation between Argentina, Israel, and other like-minded nations in South, Central, and North America, the descendants of the Patriarch Isaac and nations founded on the Judeo-Christian tradition, countries that share common values of defending freedom, democracy, and the struggle against terrorism, antisemitism, and drug trafficking.

The participating nations will promote initiatives based on these principles. Efforts will focus on increasing coordination against terrorist organizations, with an emphasis on Iran’s attempts to expand its terrorist network and presence throughout the Western Hemisphere.

The event was attended by US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee. This initiative draws inspiration from US President Donald Trump’s vision of the ‘Abraham Accords.’ Relations between the US, Israel, and Argentina have never been stronger. Both leaders thanked Ambassador Huckabee for his warm remarks during the ceremony.

Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Milei also announced the opening of a direct, scheduled international flight route between Israel and Argentina, as part of the government’s policy to strengthen and expand Israel’s aviation links with global markets.

Partners in the opening of the “El Al” route include Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, Transportation Minister Miri Regev, and Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar.

The move is intended to support the deepening of economic ties between the countries, facilitate business activity and international cooperation, and contribute to expanding trade and investment volumes between Israel and Latin American countries.

Additionally, the route is expected to improve transport accessibility between the nations, encourage incoming and outgoing tourism, and make distant destinations more accessible to the Israeli public.

In the presence of Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Milei, a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and agreements were signed between Israel and Argentina at the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem:
