On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, an official ceremony was held in Demba, in the territory bearing the same name, marking the handover of the land registration certificate for the plot hosting the Peace Court (TRIPAIX) to the National Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Guillaume Ngefa Atandoko Andali.

The document was handed over by National Deputy Thierry Mulumba, the main initiator of this public-interest project.

The event took place in the presence of several political, administrative, and judicial authorities, both local and provincial, highlighting the importance of this infrastructure for strengthening the judicial system in Kasaï Central.

Although the official inauguration of the building took place more than three months ago, this handover of the certificate legally regularizes the land situation of this judicial institution, ensuring stability, sustainability, and legal protection of the site for the benefit of the Congolese State.

In his remarks, Minister Guillaume Ngefa praised Deputy Mulumba’s initiative, describing it as a concrete example of accountability and patriotic commitment. He also emphasized the need to multiply such initiatives in other territories to bring justice closer to the citizens.

This official presentation of the land title now allows the TRIPAIX of Demba to operate within a fully legal framework, which will facilitate, among other things, the allocation of resources, the improvement of working conditions for magistrates, and the expansion of judicial services for the local population.
