A Central Figure in the Presidential Majority

A prominent political leader, André Mbata Betu holds several high-level positions. He is a National Assembly Member, former First Vice President of the National Assembly, and a Professor of Constitutional Law. As Permanent Secretary of the Sacred Union, he occupies a strategic position at the heart of President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo’s political structure, playing a key role in ensuring cohesion, coordination, and mobilization within the ruling coalition.
