U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping concluded high-level talks on Friday, ending what has been described as an exceptional visit by the American leader to China.

The meeting between the two global powers focused on trade relations, international security, and rising tensions in the Middle East.

Donald Trump Announces “Fantastic” Trade Deals

At the end of the official visit, Donald Trump expressed strong satisfaction with the outcomes of the discussions in Beijing. The U.S. president stated that he had secured “fantastic” trade agreements with China, particularly in the aviation sector.

According to Trump, Xi Jinping promised the purchase of 200 Boeing aircraft, a significant deal for the American aerospace industry. Although the number is lower than figures previously reported by international media in recent months, the announcement remains a major signal for economic relations between Washington and Beijing.

The potential order could strengthen Boeing’s position in the Asian market and provide support to the U.S. economy amid increasing global competition.

Iran and Middle East Security Discussed

Beyond trade, the two leaders also addressed sensitive international security issues. Donald Trump said Xi Jinping assured him “strongly” that China would not provide military equipment to Iran.

The statement comes at a time of growing tensions in the Middle East, particularly around the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic route for global oil transportation.

Trump also revealed that Xi Jinping would be “happy to help” regarding stability and security in the vital maritime corridor.

A Strategic Visit Between Washington and Beijing

The meeting between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping once again highlighted the strategic importance of U.S.-China relations despite ongoing economic and diplomatic tensions.

The discussions covered several global issues, including international trade, energy security, and geopolitical stability.

Political analysts believe the visit could open a new phase of cooperation between the United States and China, although significant disagreements remain on economic and military matters.

Global Attention on U.S.-China Relations

Donald Trump’s visit to China attracted close international attention. The announced agreements and discussions on Iran and the Strait of Hormuz demonstrate that Washington and Beijing continue to maintain direct dialogue on key global challenges.

As relations between the two superpowers continue to shape the global economy, this meeting could have important consequences for international markets and geopolitical balance in the months ahead.
